Joining the platform is free. The first 14 days are commission-free so you can get familiar with the platform. Confirm the order in your personal account and receive payment to your bank account. Don’t overpay for listing your product on the platform — pay commission on orders every week from your personal profile.

4. Quality and delivery rules
BuketGo earns trust from both florists and clients. Flower quality and fast on-time delivery are conditions for partnership with BuketGo.

BuketGo brand rules
The client receives bouquets from the BuketGo brand, which is responsible for quality and support. Do not put business cards, stickers, or items that show your shop brand in bouquets — to avoid being removed from the BuketGo platform.

Fresh flowers only
BuketGo is about quality. Dried, weak, or damaged stems are forbidden for sale. If you do not have certain flowers or bouquet models in stock — turn them off in the panel via your personal profile.

Photo before handoff
A photo of the finished bouquet is a required part of the quality service standard and your protection as a professional florist.

On-time delivery
Hand over the bouquet on the client’s chosen date and time window. Agree delays in advance via the panel or support.

Full assembly
The bouquet, BuketGo card, and all other order items must be complete with nothing missing. Incomplete handoff is not allowed for BuketGo.

Read the order comment (card text, time, floor, intercom code) to ensure quality service.
5. FAQ
- Does BuketGo require closing your Instagram channel or shop?
- No. BuketGo is an extra channel with paid orders. Your brand and Direct stay yours; using your own brand in BuketGo bouquets is forbidden.
- When do I get paid?
- Weekly to your bank account — for fulfilled orders minus commission (after the first 14 days at 0%).
- When and how do I pay commission?
- Commission is paid once a week through your personal profile on the BuketGo platform or via bank transfer.
- What if certain flowers or models are out of stock?
- Update flower or model availability in your personal profile. Better not to accept an order you’re unsure about than to spoil quality or miss the delivery window.
- What about returns / complaints?
- A photo of the finished order before handoff protects the partner florist’s reputation. The BuketGo team reviews complaints under the service standard to prevent similar issues; you only need to follow quality rules and order notes.
- Can I enable only part of the flower or bouquet model catalog?
- Yes. In the panel you turn on only models you assemble consistently. If you regularly make bouquet models that aren’t in the catalog, please contact support to expand the catalog options.

7. Commission and launch offer
Joining the BuketGo platform is free. New florist partners who accept the partnership terms and sign an agreement with the platform by the end of 2026 get the first 14 days with no BuketGo commission — to get familiar with the platform on already paid orders.
