Public offer agreement

Marketplace / Platform — the website buketgo.com.ua and related BuketGo services.

Operator — Atakan Dindar (sole proprietor under Turkiye law (not a Ukrainian FOP/LLC)), who administers the Platform and provides marketplace technology and information services. Full details are in the “Operator details” block on this page.

Partner (Seller) — a florist or flower business (Ukrainian sole trader / company) that takes payment, assembles the bouquet, and arranges delivery.

Customer — a person who places an order on the Platform.

Order — a request to make and deliver a bouquet from the BuketGo catalogue in a covered city/zone.

BuketGo is an online marketplace: the Operator provides information and technology services (catalogue, checkout, order routing, support). The sale of flowers and delivery is between the Customer and the Partner.

Payment goes to the Partner’s merchant account (LiqPay, Monobank or WayForPay). The Operator is not the acquirer and does not hold customer funds on its own account in Ukraine.

The Operator is registered under the law of the Republic of Turkiye and, at the date of this offer, is not a Ukrainian FOP/LLC. That does not reduce the Partner’s duty to fulfil orders lawfully and to a proper standard, nor the Operator’s duty to provide Platform services under this offer.

Acceptance is the set of actions: choosing a product, confirming delivery details, agreeing to this offer, and successful payment.

Acceptance forms a sale/delivery contract between Customer and Partner, and a Platform-use contract with the Operator.

By ordering, the Customer confirms legal capacity, accurate data, and the right to share the recipient’s contacts.

Prices are in UAH and include bouquet assembly as described on the product card. Delivery and extras are shown at checkout.

Catalogue photos are illustrative. Season, supply and freshness may cause minor differences in varieties, shades and foliage while keeping overall style, size class and order value.

The Operator may change the catalogue, prices and coverage. Changes do not worsen conditions for an already paid order.

Payment is online via the Partner’s payment provider. An order is confirmed after successful payment (or another paid status from the provider).

If payment is not completed, the order may be cancelled with no duty to fulfil.

Receipts are issued by the payment provider and/or the Partner under their rules and Ukrainian law.

After payment the Platform routes the order to an available Partner in the delivery zone. The Partner accepts or declines in the dashboard.

Before handoff the Partner sends a photo of the finished bouquet. Delivery is on the chosen date and time window in the coverage area (Kyiv first; other Ukrainian cities as published on the site).

Exact arrival depends on traffic, access, weather and safety restrictions. If the recipient is unavailable, the courier follows order instructions or calls the phone provided.

Flowers are perishable goods made to order. Detailed cancellation, refund and claim rules are in “Cancellation & refunds”, which forms part of this offer.

In short: cancellation before assembly usually means a refund; after assembly/courier departure it is limited; quality claims need a timely photo after delivery.

Partners are independent businesses. They are responsible for flower freshness, assembly, delivery and compliance with Ukrainian law (including fiscal rules where applicable).

Commission, settlement and service standards between Operator and Partner are set in the Partnership agreement in the florist panel.

Site content (text, photos, design, product models, software) is protected. Copying the catalogue, scraping or bypassing protections is forbidden without the Operator’s written consent.

You may not use the Platform for fraud, spam, third-party rights violations or unauthorised access.

The Operator is responsible for Platform operation, handing the order to a Partner, and support within this offer.

The Partner is responsible for assembly, flower quality and delivery. Product/delivery claims are handled with the Operator as service intermediary.

To the extent permitted by law, the parties are not liable for indirect loss, lost profit, force-majeure delays (including martial-law circumstances, air alerts, road closures), recipient unavailability, or an inaccurate address given by the Customer.

Customer relations on flower sales and delivery in Ukraine are governed by Ukrainian law (e-commerce, consumer protection), including rules for perishable and custom-made goods.

Platform use is governed by this offer. If Ukrainian and English versions differ, Ukrainian prevails.

The Operator may update this offer by publishing a new version on this page. New orders use the version in force at acceptance.
