This policy covers buketgo.com.ua, checkout, customer accounts, florist applications and related forms.

The partner florist receives data needed to fulfil a specific order and processes it as an independent controller/processor under their business and Ukrainian law.

• Orders: customer name and contacts; recipient name and phone; address; date and window; card message; cart; amount and payment status.
• Account: email, name, phone (if provided), order history.
• Forms (waitlist / marketing): name, phone or email, occasion, city.
• Florist application: contacts, city/district, business type, experience, capacity, delivery, comment.
• Technical: IP, user-agent, utm — for security and analytics.
• Anonymous stats: page path, source, device, city/country from CDN (no IP in a user profile).
• Meta ads: lead forms or site pixel — see Cookies.

Contract / offer performance: taking the order, payment via the Partner’s provider, routing to the Partner, delivery, service messages.

Records and claims: keeping order history for a reasonable period.

Partnership: reviewing florist applications and performing the Partnership agreement.

Security: spam, fraud and abuse prevention.

Marketing: only with consent; opt out anytime.

Bases: contract, consent, legitimate interest (security and service improvement), legal duties where applicable.

• Partner florist — data needed to assemble and deliver.
• Partner payment providers (LiqPay, Monobank, WayForPay).
• Infrastructure: hosting/DB, email provider, optional Telegram for ops alerts.
• Meta — ad measurement (including hashed contacts from the server).
• Authorities — only when legally required.

The Operator is registered in the Republic of Turkiye; infrastructure and processors may be in the EU or elsewhere. Data may be processed outside Ukraine with reasonable safeguards (need-to-know access, vendor contracts, data minimisation).

Order data — typically up to 24 months after delivery, longer if a dispute, accounting or law requires.

Form submissions — until deletion is requested, and no longer than 24 months without an active need.

Anonymous stats — up to 24 months in aggregate.
