About us
I’m Atakan Dindar, from Turkey. In Kyiv I built BuketGo (БукетГо, buketgo.com.ua) — a place to order fresh flowers from local florists without the usual messenger chaos. This isn’t a company mission statement. It’s just how it started.
July in Kyiv
In July I lived nearly a month in Kyiv, and a bit in places nearby. Not from a news clip — in person. Sirens. Dark windows at night. And in the morning, somehow, fresh flowers again in the shop windows.
At first I thought: how is that possible. Then I understood it differently.
War hits everything. But the wish to say “I’m here,” “I’m sorry,” “happy birthday” doesn’t disappear. Sometimes you need a bouquet for that — shorter and more honest than a long text. Sometimes a rose bouquet stands where a phone call already feels too hard.
I saw that live in Kyiv. Next to fear, people were still bringing each other flowers. A line stuck with me: “War cannot wilt flowers.” In September I’ll write it out properly — without the drama, as it was.
Why I built BuketGo
Ordering a bouquet in Kyiv still often goes like this: message a florist on Instagram, haggle in chat, send money to a card, and only see the bouquet at the door. Good intention. Stressful process.
I put BuketGo together to make that simpler. We’re not one shop. We’re a catalog of local florists: pick a bouquet, pay online, set the address and time. The florist builds it on the delivery day and sends a photo before it goes out. That helps a lot when you need same-day flower delivery.
Flowers are about feeling. A website shouldn’t ruin that.
What matters to us
A bouquet rarely invents the emotion from scratch. More often it just strengthens what’s already there: thank you, sorry, I love you, happy birthday, just because. Then a short note, and that’s enough.
We want that gesture to arrive properly in Kyiv: from a florist nearby, at the time you agreed, looking like the photo. If you need to buy flowers in Kyiv for your mom, a friend, or someone you love — distance shouldn’t be the excuse. You can send flowers to Ukraine in a human way: assembled here, shown in a photo, delivered.
How we work
Straight with you
Price, terms, and order status are on the site — you shouldn’t have to guess from a private chat.
Fresh, and visible
Fresh flowers are arranged to order, and you see a photo of the bouquet before delivery.
With florists, not against them
Florists get paid orders near the delivery address — no cold “anybody buying?” calls.
A series in September
In September I’m starting pieces under the title “War cannot wilt flowers.” I’ll say more about July, about what you hear in flower shops, and why a bouquet can still mean simply “I’m here.” No hero pose. As a witness, not as an ad line.
And the service grows from the same place: so online flower ordering and bouquet delivery in Kyiv stay clear. Thanks for reading, ordering, or working with us as a florist. Flowers fade. The intention behind them doesn’t always.
