Cookie and similar technologies policy

This document explains which cookies, local storage and pixels BuketGo uses, why, on what legal basis, and how you can manage consent. It complements the Privacy policy.

1. What this document covers

The BuketGo Platform operator (buketgo.com.ua) is Atakan Dindar (sole proprietor under Turkiye law (not a Ukrainian FOP/LLC)). Data requests: info@buketgo.com.ua, info@jettfy.com.

Cookies are small text files or similar identifiers stored by your browser. We also use localStorage / sessionStorage and third-party pixels (Meta, Google) when you consent.

This policy applies to buketgo.com.ua, checkout, the customer account and related forms. It does not replace the Privacy policy for other personal data.

2. Legal bases

Necessary cookies and technical storage are processed to perform the Platform services contract and to keep the service secure (contract performance / legitimate interest).

Analytics and marketing cookies / pixels run only with your explicit consent via the cookie banner. You may withdraw consent anytime by clearing the stored choice (localStorage key buketgo-cookie-consent) or emailing support.

We follow data minimisation, transparency and purpose limitation under Ukraine’s Law on Personal Data Protection and common ePrivacy practice for similar technologies.

3. Categories

We group technologies by purpose. Necessary ones always run; analytics and ads load only after you choose Accept.

Google Analytics 4 measures page views and ecommerce events so we can improve the catalogue and checkout. Loads only after consent.

Marketing & ads

Consent

Meta Pixel (_fbp / _fbc) and server events (Conversions API) measure ad performance and deduplicate events. Hashed contacts (SHA-256) may be sent.

First-party stats

No ad profiling

Anonymous aggregated BuketGo metrics (page path, source, device, city/country from CDN) may run without advertising profiling of a person.

5. Third-party recipients

Google Ireland / Google LLC — Google Analytics 4 (with consent).
Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. / Meta Platforms, Inc. — Pixel and Conversions API (with consent).
Hosting/CDN infrastructure may keep technical logs (IP, user-agent) for security and uptime.
The partner florist receives order data under the sale contract, not via the cookie banner.

6. Cross-border transfer

The Operator is in Turkiye; infrastructure and ad platforms may process data in the EU, US or other jurisdictions. We apply data minimisation, vendor contracts and need-to-know access.

7. How to manage consent

On a first visit the cookie banner appears. Accept enables analytics and ads; Essential only keeps technical cookies and storage.

To change your choice later: clear this site’s data in browser settings (or delete the buketgo-cookie-consent localStorage key) and reload — the banner will show again.

You can also restrict third-party cookies in the browser, use a tracker blocker, or manage Meta ad preferences in Facebook / Instagram.

8. Retention

Necessary cookies last as long as needed for the session or the period stated in the table.

Analytics and marketing identifiers follow Google/Meta settings — typically up to 24 months for GA and shorter for Meta advertising cookies.

BuketGo first-party anonymous stats — up to 24 months in aggregate.

9. Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, and withdraw consent to optional cookies/marketing — within Ukrainian law and our technical capabilities.

Withdrawing consent does not affect processing before withdrawal and does not remove necessary cookies required for the service.
