Cancellation, refunds and claims

Bouquets are made after payment for a specific order. Cut flowers lose retail quality quickly.

Goods of proper quality after handoff to the recipient are generally not returnable/exchangeable on a change-of-mind basis, given rules on perishable and custom-made goods.

This does not limit your rights for a material defect, Partner fault, or non-performance.

Cancel via info@buketgo.com.ua or in your account while the status still allows it.

• Before Partner confirmation — full refund (minus irreversible bank/provider fees if any).
• After confirmation but before assembly — usually a full refund if flowers were not yet bought/assembled; support confirms with the Partner.
• Refunds are made by the Partner (payment recipient) via their provider. Timing follows LiqPay / Monobank / WayForPay rules (often several business days).

Once the bouquet is assembled or the courier has left, a full refund is usually not available: the flowers cannot be resold as new.

Exceptions (full/partial refund or remake) may apply if support confirms Partner fault or impossibility of delivery on their side.

We accept claims about freshness, material mismatch to the ordered class, or damage in delivery.

• Deadline: as soon as possible, ideally within 3 hours of handoff, and no later than 24 hours.
• Evidence: clear photos of the whole bouquet and the issue, order code, short description.

• Remedy: remake, partial refund or full refund — depending on the confirmed issue.
• Minor catalogue differences (variety/shade within style) alone are not a defect.

If the Customer gave a wrong address or phone, or the recipient refuses / does not respond, a second delivery may be charged or the bouquet returned to the Partner without a full refund of assembly.

The Customer should stay reachable on the delivery day.

If a Partner declines or cannot fulfil, BuketGo tries to reassign to another Partner.

If reassignment is impossible, the order is cancelled and a refund is arranged via the Partner’s provider.

Air alerts, hostilities, road closures, extreme weather and similar events may change the delivery window. We/the Partner will notify you of a reschedule; that does not automatically mean a full refund if delivery can still be made in a reasonable new window.

Refunds are based on the amount actually paid. Bonuses/promos may be voided under the campaign rules.
